At a young age I was taught that If I didn't go to school I would be considered a fool but by going to school I would feel dumb trying to retain information I didn't want to hold. Why was I going to school just to be taught these distractions I didn't personally need? It was so I would give up. School wasn't made for everybody, it was made for those who have patience and that's why people drop out.
Why should someone continue to get their studies?
Just because school is difficult doesn't mean it's a dead end, it's only a stop sign. If it was easy what would be the point of going? School was made in the form of a key to open many doors, you just have to find out which door is for you. Someone shouldn't stop their studies for whatever reason because the day we stop learning is the day we stop growing.
What if school wasn't made for you?
School wasn't made for everybody not because it's impossible for my friend to learn, but because my friend is a quitter. Unless the person is disabled there's no reason for someone to say they can't learn. The only thing that stops you from learning is yourself and if you feel like school isn't for you then find what is.
It happens due to low income from the family. Many people haven’t notice but fruit vegetable are more expensive then junk food. It also has to do with the children lifestyle. Nearly 11 percent of calories consumption has to do with sugar beverages. Kids also spend most of their time watching TV playing video games and being on the computer.
How does it affect the children long term?
Kids who are overweight have a greater chance of diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol. If they are obese at an early age they will likely be obese as an adult. This can lead to heart disease, stroke and joint problem. Long term it will also affect them medically. Medical cost is three time higher then children who are obese How can we stop childhood obesity?
Take away the kids video games and TV and tell them to play outside. Children are supposed to participate in at least 60min of physical activity. Instead of rewarding sweets when your child does something good try to reward them a healthy snack. Try to lead by example and eat a healthy snack and encourage them to join you. You think your child is not getting the 60 min of physical activity sign them up for a recreation program
Why do certain individuals have bad eating habits?
Personally i have experienced with this and observed other people as well who faced this problem. Some individual who have long work hours and little to no break time is the root of the cause of this. This cause the person's stomach to starve at a high point and the individual craving a huge meal which can be unheakthy for calorie consumption and the content in regards to oils, fat, and etc. In between break all that is available would be fast food, which backs up my previous statement.
Is there a solution for improper eating habits?
Of course but it is not easily obtainable. For individuals who face this problem don't have time to flex their time and properly eat well. It is commonly known that an average person requires 2000 calories a day, which is ignored and not properly taken in consideration. Understandable that most would skip their breakfast or have something small don't really have any form of energy to start off the day. This leading to eating a large meal and consuming more than 2000 recommended calories and excess store in the body. Another solution is to small meals at different times and of course counting your ideal calorie count.
Is there a way to lose weight from these habits?
Of course, not many ppl are aware of this but you can lose weight by cutting down your daily calorie consumption by half. Every food item has a number of calories and difer in size. 1 quarter of a cheeseburger is the same amount of a bowl of broccoli. With this individuals who want to fill their stomachs in a more efficient way to "hit the spot".

It's Monday afternoon, & people have to be places. People have to present business projects to get that raise. People have to be at the airport in an hour to pick up their beloved aunts and uncles. As you look around, the humans rushing off & on trains suddenly start looking like birds. They look like a big, flock of birds flying away because you clapped or stomped on the ground. One second, you hear sincere goodbyes that are face to face. The next second, you hear frustrated voices speaking through cellphones. The smell is awful; it always has been awful. Everyone just gets use to that dumpster scent, & only you only hear tourist say things such as, "Damn it stinks down here!". This is the only place you try to touch everything as least as possible because so many other hands probably touched it.
